They have Amazing Service! Our waiter was very informative and attentive. They also have a Calm atmosphere. On to the food…Flavorful food all around. We have French onion soup, shrimp cocktail, branzino, and beef stroganoff. Not a bland plate touched the table.

Lovely place with great food and a good atmosphere. Came as a party of 12 and everyone enjoyed their meal. I had one of their turkey sandwiches and it was well-made and flavorful. The restaurant was busy when we arrived around noon, but by 2 PM it had died down and felt much more relaxed. Our waiter was very nice especially considering the group size. Would definitely recommend.

We went here for Saturday morning brunch to celebrate two birthdays! The atmosphere was so cute and warm on a raining morning. We got the waffles, the burger, the croque madame, and the smoked salmon avocado tartine. The food was all very good, the waffles were definitely a standout. Our server Kelly was the highlight of our day! She was so attentive and awesome, and even arranged a special surprise for the birthday girls. Overall a great experience and really made a great start to the birthday weekend.

Tables are a bit close together, but it's not too loud. The ambiance is just right. Our server, Chris, was kind and attentive, and I really appreciated how the managers walked around ensuring that patrons were having a great experience. Now, the food. It was delicious. The half chicken was perfectly cooked and flavorful. I recall there being mixed reviews when Louie Louie first opened, but I can certainly attest to the fact that they have worked out the kinks and are now serving up an incredible experience. Would definitely go back.

Rating: (4/5) The restaurant has a beautiful atmosphere and stylish decor, with great food and good service overall. I enjoyed the experience — the menu offers a nice mix of flavors, and the staff was attentive. However, I did notice something that could be improved. It seemed like guests of different backgrounds were seated in separate areas, especially Black guests often placed toward the back. I’m sure it wasn’t intentional, but it’s something worth being more mindful of. Everyone should feel equally welcomed, no matter where they’re seated. Otherwise, Louie Louie is a lovely spot and I’d recommend it for a nice meal or social night out

The food was great. The desert was a let down. The server fired my main course before I was done with my salad and it was brought to my table while I was eating my salad. It ruined the moment, I felt rushed and the scent of the warm plate of halibut lingered after it was taken back to sit on the line. The server made an excuse but I know the restaurant business. Don’t rush a patron because you want to turn the table. The salad was great, the halibut was marvelous. The desert fell far short of the other components of the meal. Overall, a disappointing experience.

Lively French restaurant near the Inn at Penn. Enjoyed Brunch at this location with my sisters. Server was very nice. Eggs were cooked nicely. The toast was a bit onnthe dry side for me but other than that - nice meal. Nice vibe!

We ordered the French onion soup, and an arugula and carrot salad with chicken. It was a pretty solid lunch option! Oysters were also fresh, forgot to take a picture. Great service and chill atmosphere on a Sunday at 4:30pm.
